At Gulrang Store, we aim to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the policy below.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return under the following conditions:

• The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags, packaging, and invoice/slips must be included

Any item that does not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Restocking Charges

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount
• Customers will receive 85% of the product value as a refund after deduction

Refund Processing Time

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed
• The refund will be issued within 15 working days

Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
